Once you work out a simple routine, you are going to start seeing even more gains from your pump and you are going to be very happy with the results. This is a very small amount of extra work to get a whole lot of extra gain from your typical pump routine.
If you have the time to use a pump, then you definitely have the time to exercise your muscles. You may even be able to cut back on the tie that you spend with the pump once the gains start rolling in after your start your new exercise.
